The True and the Questions: A Journal
I love, love, love art journals. I love scrapbooks, photography books...and this is another nice addition to my modestly growing collection. I love having them on my shelf for me to take down when in the mood to look at something pretty and inspirational. Whenever I feel creatively blocked or just stuck in an artistic dud, all I have to do is walk over to my bookcase (by the ways, not meaning to oversell myself, I absolutely suck at scrapbooking/art journaling...I have only recently accepted the
This is the only journal that I have filled and kept. I wish I still had the ones from high school, but they are paying rent in the staten island dump right now.

As much as this book is one to begin your own art journaling, I use this more as a reference than an actual layout for my art journal. Very beautiful pages. Love the texture, collages and use of hand made typography.

This is a lovely book. It has the author's writings/art in it. It has questions you may answer. I am so captivated by it that once I get working on it, I am immediately drawn in and lose all sense of time. I use glitter pens, fine tip colored pens, and cover every inch of every page. If you struggle with dissociation, or staying in the present, or boredom, or want a new way to journal, or have never journaled before, this art/journal book is perfect for you. It is gorgeous. Very contemporary,
