Explanation Supposing Books The Zombie Chronicles (Apocalypse Infection Unleashed #1)

Three siblings fight to survive in a zombie infested world. When they get caught in a flood during a rainstorm, the group is forced to take refuge. They are thrust into a mystery they can't explain, and when things slowly begin to unravel, they learn they have to play by a new set of rules.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a warning to those readers who are looking for a more violent read with gruesome descriptions of blood and gore. This is NOT that type of book. There is lots of zombie action, but this particular story is based more on the action, drama, and survival aspects.

Assessment Appertaining To Books The Zombie Chronicles (Apocalypse Infection Unleashed #1)
Tonight I began a very dangerous, and frightening adventure. The land of free e books. The first book I read is included in the crimson fire set, it includes 10 books by two authors, which is free for your kindle on amazon! (http://www.amazon.com/Crimson-Fire-bo...) The first book was called the zombie chronicles. I was afraid. First off I hate zombie books, second off, about three pages in I realized it was written like a semi okay quality fan fiction. The action was fast paced, along with

Wow talk about typical zombie fare, there was nothing new in this book that you havent read or seen before. Im glad this was a short as it wouldve been a real struggle to get through hundreds of pages.

I wanted to like this book more but I couldn't. The plot seemed okay but I never felt connected with the characters. Though there were zombies it seemed more of a romance storyline. Dean and Jackie pairing up, then Claire and Nick then they ran across a friend of Deans who just so happens to like Dean and Nicks sister (the last of the 3 girls). Maybe it's my aversion to romance stories or maybe it's coming down off of my Zombie Fallout high but it was just lacking for me. I'll try the next one

This book is juvenile at best. The characters lack any true substance. Even their back stories need improvement. The plot is not smooth. There were lulls that could have been covered up with background information. You never do find out how the main character is chummy with the "doctor" who has no name. He does have a name but it is only mentioned once but they just keep calling him/her doc. The speed at which the relationships transpire in this book is also unbelievable. The author also did not

This was, to me, a typical Zombie Apocalypse story. It had it's moments when it was pretty good, but overall it wasn't anything that, for me, would stand out. I would only recommend this book as a filler for those who like this type of genre.

Easy fun readThe story is likeable enough. The story jumps in some of the chapters. I felt there could have been smoother transitions. The zombies and the fight scenes are described in lively detail. This is missing from the rest of the story and would actually add a lot. Im not really one though for these cliff hanger endings.
