Relation In Favor Of Books The Unfortunates (Unfortunate #1)

He wants his father dead.
He wants power.
He wants control...

....And he'll use me to get it.

Kade Sario was supposed to vicious and cruel. He was supposed to be a monster, to hurt and chastise me for the smallest things... but he didn't. I didn't understand it... until I found out what he really wanted from me.

He wants to use me. He wants to hold me high above the lion's den and wait for the strongest lion to offer him something he can use...

He won't hurt me and he won't take from me, but he keeps me close... So close I can smell him on my skin even when I'm alone. Growing up it was ingrained in me that I do whatever I can to please my Fortunate. It was ingrained in me that I be loyal and faithful, and that I love my Fortunate more than I love myself. I expected that I'd want to please him. I expected that I would be loyal and faithful, just like I was taught...

But I didn't expect to fall in love with him.

Time is running out. Things are changing, the balance of power is shifting and if I'm going to survive in this world, I need Master Kade on my side…

Crit Regarding Books The Unfortunates (Unfortunate #1)
Loved it! Great characters! Will definitely read the upcoming books for this series.

Warning...if you don't like the hero having very explicit sex with OW whilst he already met the heroine then I would strongly advise you not to read this bookDNF at 17% (Kindle)This book turn out to be not my cup of tea and at about page 55 the hero started to have sex with another woman and it was very detailed all the way to the end even though at this point the hero met the heroine and wanted her very badly... THIS IS A BIG NO FOR ME The whole romance feels pointless to me at this point and I

This needs a movie deal! This needs a movie deal!I hate spoilers so I'm just going to say this is a must read as in buy it right now and read it. This book is so different from anything I've ever read. if I could give it a bazillion stars I would.

I really like Skylas Slammed series so I was looking forward to reading this new series- Unfortunates and it really didnt disappoint, I loved it. Set in the future and the world is a different place made up of Fortunate who rule and Unfortunates who are slaves for the fortunate. The book begins on Nines 18th birthday where its the day for her to become a slave to a Fortunate. Nine is brought by Kades father for his 25th birthday. Kade decides that he will use Nine to help me gain more power and

2.5 I skimmed the 2nd half stars I know I should give all my reason why I loved and hated this book, that's what a good reviewer would do. Well, I never claimed to be a good reviewer. But I will say the first half had me hooked, but by 50% I was like.

DNF 60%I liked this a lot but I just lost interest. I started it, got distracted by life and couldnt get back into it. I love the premise, characters, and writing. Some where between 3-4 stars.SG Ladies, not safe. The H wants to loan her out as a business weapon...I never got far enough to see how that played out. I suspect he doesnt. But I dont know. He does fuck an OW after meeting her the first time. Theres a 2 week gap he doesnt see her and then after he sees her again hes not with any OW.
